
BERLIN, Germany and LISBURN, UK, June 5, 2026 – Siemens Energy reached an agreement to acquire Camlin Group, adding grid monitoring, analytics and software systems to its digital grid portfolio. The transaction is expected to close before the end of 2026.
The acquisition would broaden Siemens Energy’s work in sensor-based monitoring, data analytics and software for electricity networks. The deal comes as utilities and grid operators increase investment in grid infrastructure to support electricity demand, renewable energy integration and network reliability.
