RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, Feb 3, 2026 – Siemens has opened its first Siemens Digital Industries Software office in Saudi Arabia on Feb. 2, 2026. The office expands local support for industrial software customers and partners while aligning with Vision 2030 and the Kingdom’s growing digital economy. It strengthens Siemens Digital Industries Software’s ability to work with regional customers on digital transformation projects.

By establishing operations in Saudi Arabia, Siemens moves from serving customers remotely to operating locally. The presence supports in-country transactions aligned with local commercial and regulatory processes. The company also provides direct technical support to regional customers.

Siemens Digital Industries Software will make the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio available in Saudi Arabia. The portfolio covers design and engineering, including CAD and CAE, product lifecycle management, manufacturing operations, and low-code application development. Siemens also plans to work with customers, partners, and academic institutions on skills development and technology adoption within the country.

“Saudi Arabia’s digital economy is scaling rapidly under Vision 2030, and establishing a local Siemens Software presence allows us to serve customers faster, meet local requirements, and co-innovate with partners in the Kingdom,” said Cobus Oosthuizen, vice president and managing director, Middle East and Africa, Siemens Digital Industries Software. “This move brings us closer to our customers such as CEER, Aramco, SABIC and SAMI, and talent, enabling us to contribute more directly to the Kingdom’s digital transformation journey.”
