LAS VEGAS, NV, Feb 3, 2026 – Siemens will present building automation and digital building technologies at AHR Expo 2026, held Feb. 2 to 4 in Las Vegas. At booth C1731, the company will show solutions and services focused on building modernization and automated facility operations. The display includes Siemens’ Desigo building management platforms, Building X AI-enabled applications, controllers, and a portfolio of wired and wireless HVAC devices.

Siemens will highlight a step-by-step approach to modernizing building automation systems, replacing legacy controls and networks with open, integrated platforms. These upgrades focus on reliability, energy efficiency, workforce productivity, and occupant comfort. Connected systems deliver operational insight, helping owners and operators make data-driven decisions, optimize performance, and lower operating costs.

Desigo Building Management Systems

Siemens will showcase its Desigo portfolio at AHR Expo 2026, including Desigo CC V9, Desigo Optic V5.2, and Siemens SLX built on the Niagara Framework by Tridium. The platforms show how building management systems integrate HVAC, lighting, energy, fire safety, and security using open protocols and standardized architectures.

Desigo CC V9 introduces the Flex Client interface, expands support for pharmaceutical and data center environments, and connects with Building X to manage hybrid and multi-site operations.

Built on the FIN Framework, Desigo Optic V5.2 supports small and mid-size projects along with multi-building deployments. Native Haystack 4 semantic tagging enables consistent data models, faster configuration, intuitive dashboards, and secure edge-to-cloud connectivity for remote access, servicing, and system optimization.

With SLX Network Manager and SLX 9000 controllers, Siemens supports building automation using upgraded hardware, Niagara compatibility, and enhanced security. The platform enables flexible integration and IoT-based optimization across building portfolios to support operational needs.

Building Automation Controllers and Connected Devices

At AHR Expo 2026, Siemens will showcase the Desigo PXC 4, 5, and 7 primary controllers for both new construction and retrofit projects. The controllers combine BACnet/SC networking, open protocol support, and an HTML5 web-based engineering interface to support secure, high-performance HVAC automation.

Siemens will showcase room automation controllers, edge devices, wired and wireless I/O devices used for HVAC sensing and control. A magnetic expansion valve supports OEM applications and improves energy efficiency at the equipment level. The portfolio supports secure operation and multiple protocols, including BACnet Secure Connect, allowing integration with Siemens and compatible third-party building automation platforms.

Digital Services and the Path to Autonomous Buildings

Siemens will use live demonstrations to show how digitalization, AI and cloud connectivity shape building operations. Building X Lifecycle Twin applies building information modeling (BIM)-based digital twins to support proactive building management by creating, maintaining, and visualizing data for buildings and infrastructure.
