
ZUG, Switzerland, Nov 20, 2025 – Siemens and Samsung C&T Corporation, Engineering & Construction Group (“Samsung C&T”) have formed a partnership to combine Samsung C&T’s global engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) capabilities with Siemens’ technologies in automation, digitalization and electrification. The companies plan to jointly assess and pursue infrastructure projects worldwide.
The companies will develop project proposals that reflect market needs and project requirements. They will also work together in the project cycle to improve their competitiveness and expand their reach in global infrastructure opportunities.
A Shared Vision For Future-Ready Infrastructure
As part of their collaboration, Samsung C&T and Siemens identified infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia, Canada and Thailand as initial focus areas. The projects include airports, hospitals, data centers and buildings. The companies plan to use these opportunities to advance joint planning and coordinated project delivery.
Through a “ONE Tech Company” approach, Siemens will combine its Smart Infrastructure and Digital Industries portfolio, including Building X, Electrification X, Gridscale X, prefabricated e-houses, Industrial Metaverse applications and blue GIS technologies. Together, these tools are intended to improve design, efficiency and performance across selected projects.
