TAIPEI, Taiwan, Aug 12, 2026 – SINTRONES has announced the IBOX-601-TVI8, an NVIDIA Jetson Orin edge AI computer with native support for up to eight TVI/AHD analog cameras.
The IBOX-601-TVI8 is designed for intelligent transportation, fleet management, mobile surveillance, and industrial applications. It runs real-time AI video analytics on analog camera infrastructure, adding object detection, event recognition, and edge-based decision-making without requiring new cameras or cabling.
Analog HD cameras remain deployed in buses, commercial vehicles, surveillance systems, and industrial environments because they are reliable, cost-efficient, and already installed. The IBOX-601-TVI8 connects up to eight TVI/AHD cameras through BNC interfaces and brings Jetson Orin AI processing to the edge, letting integrators keep their existing camera infrastructure while adding AI analytics.
The IBOX-601-TVI8 runs on either the NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX 16GB or Jetson Orin Nano 8GB and supports NVIDIA JetPack 6.2. The unit combines a fanless rugged design with 9–60VDC wide-range power input, smart power management, ignition control, and battery backup support. A front-facing I/O layout simplifies installation, cabling, and maintenance in vehicles and confined spaces.
