TAIPEI, Taiwan, Oct 5, 2026 – SINTRONES Technology’s IBOX-650P and IBOX-601 series edge AI computers support Stereolabs GMSL-2 cameras for synchronized 2D imaging and 3D depth processing. Depending on the hardware and software configuration, the computers support up to four GMSL-2 camera connections.
The IBOX-650P uses NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin, while the IBOX-601 series uses Jetson Orin NX. Both integrate Analog Devices GMSL-2 deserializer technology to receive high-bandwidth, uncompressed camera data.
The supported connection count depends on the camera model, hardware layout, deserializer configuration and board support package (BSP) release.
Verified compatible cameras include:
- ZED X Stereo: Uses dual lenses and global shutter sensing for 3D depth imaging and tracking moving objects.
- ZED X One S/GS: Uses global shutter sensing for 2D monocular imaging of moving scenes.
- ZED X One 4K: Uses a 4K rolling shutter sensor for 2D imaging, including in low-light conditions.
System integrators can combine these camera types on one computer for autonomous vehicles, robotics, industrial automation and smart surveillance. SINTRONES says the configurations support continuous, low-latency capture for round-the-clock operation.
