TAIPEI, Taiwan, July 30, 2025 – Spingence Technology and Cooler Master have partnered to deploy NVIDIA-powered AI across manufacturing operations, addressing challenges in quality control, simulation, and automation. As part of Cooler Master’s “CM AI Dual-Engine Initiative”, the collaboration focuses on enhancing defect detection, developing digital twin models, and expanding agentic AI for enterprise applications. The aim is to reduce errors, improve decision timelines, and support a data-driven, adaptable production environment.

AI-Powered Visual Inspection: Launching from the Metropolis Factory

Spingence, as Cooler Master’s technical partner in the initial phase of its AI Factory project, has implemented the NVIDIA Metropolis platform. Using NVIDIA TAO and AutoML, Spingence developed and refined defect detection models for automated optical inspection (AOI). These models are deployed on live production lines with NVIDIA Dynamo-Triton, inspecting 20,000 to 40,000 products each month, including the NVIDIA GB200, GB300, and Hopper. This approach improves both detection rates and consistency during final inspection, strengthening quality control for Cooler Master’s cooling solutions.

Building an Integrated Production Environment: Toward a Digital Twin Blueprint

As part of Cooler Master’s smart manufacturing plan, Spingence is helping to develop a digital twin modeling program. By using NVIDIA Omniverse libraries, Spingence creates equipment models that let Cooler Master simulate workstation layouts and production workflows in a virtual setting. This real-to-simulation approach lowers deployment risks and builds a data foundation for future integration with agent-based AI models.

Expanding Intelligent Agent Applications: Deploying an Agentic AI Ecosystem

To support Cooler Master’s focus on intelligent operations, Spingence uses its experience in AI to integrate the NVIDIA Enterprise AI Factory validated design and NVIDIA NIM microservices. This approach modularizes and deploys LLMs for uses such as knowledge summarization, report creation, and task recommendations. Through NVIDIA technology, Spingence is developing agentic AI system with autonomous decision-making, continual learning, and feedback. This work supports the foundation for a digital workforce and organizational intelligence.

From Strategy to Execution: A Benchmark for AI-Powered Operations

Through this collaboration, Spingence and Cooler Master are deploying NVIDIA-native AI solutions across both factory and operational areas.

They are also developing a replicable smart manufacturing framework. Spingence plans to help Cooler Master expand AI use by applying toolchains and modular deployment models. The company also want to extend this approach throughout the thermal industry supply chain. This work shows how NVIDIA can build products on its platform.
