CHARLOTTE, NC, Nov 11, 2025 – SPX FLOW has strengthened its global pump solutions network, growing from five to more than 30 certified partners to expand maintenance coverage for Johnson Pump and Bran+Luebbe pump equipment. Authorized Service Providers (ASPs) are chosen based on technical expertise, location, and customer relationships in regions with major equipment bases but limited original equipment manufacturer (OEM) service access.
“Authorized Service Providers are an essential extension of our service model,” said Stephanie White, vice president of aftermarket for pump solutions at SPX FLOW. “They give customers the confidence of OEM-quality repair and support, no matter where their operations are located. This investment helps us deliver faster response times, localized expertise and consistent service standards worldwide.”
ASPs are certified to the same standards as SPX FLOW service center technicians, helping customers receive usual quality service across facilities in Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, India, and the United States.

ASPs maintain local inventories to speed part delivery and improve regional inventory management. This reduces downtime and increase customer responses. SPX FLOW plans to expand its ASP network in 2026 to improve parts access, technical expertise, and lifecycle support worldwide.
