GENEVA, Switzerland, Jan 17, 2026 – STMicroelectronics has been recognized by Top Employers Institute as a Global Top Employer for 2026. This marks the company’s second consecutive year receiving the certification. STMicroelectronics was one of 17 organizations worldwide to earn global recognition, covering operations across 41 countries.

The certification is based on an assessment of human resources (HR) policies and practices. Top Employers Institute evaluates organizations using its HR best practices survey, followed by validation and audits at corporate and country levels. The assessment spans people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity, equity and inclusion, and wellbeing. Active in 131 countries and regions, Top Employers Institute administers the program globally.

“Top Employer is an annual certification, and its global renewal for the second consecutive year underscores ST’s commitment to best-in-class people practices. In a period marked by significant external challenges, the improved scores recognized by this certification highlight the strength of our HR strategy and our determination to offer an attractive and engaging work environment worldwide,” said Rajita D’Souza, president, human resources and corporate social responsibility, STMicroelectronics.

“Achieving Global Top Employer status in 2026 is an extraordinary accomplishment that reflects excellence in individual countries and, crucially, sustained people practices across regions and worldwide. STMicroelectronics has demonstrated a rare ability to align its people strategy globally while ensuring meaningful, locally relevant experiences for employees in every certified market – a hallmark of organizations that deliver strong business performance, talent mobility, and workforce resilience,” said Adrian Seligman, Top Employers Institute CEO. “This achievement places STMicroelectronics among a select group of employers setting the benchmark for people strategy internationally. We are incredibly proud to continue our partnership with them as they inspire excellence across the global HR community.”

Top Employers Institute grants global certification as its highest recognition tier. The designation provides organizations with benchmarked data, expert validation, and insights to support people strategy decisions. It also supports employer positioning, leadership reporting, and engagement with an international community of employers.
