Acquisition advances SYSPRO’s mission to deliver integrated, fast-to-value digital manufacturing ERP solutions for global manufacturers and distributors

TUSTIN, CA, July 3, 2025 – SYSPRO has acquired riteSOFT, a U.S.-based developer of warehouse management and time-tracking software for small and mid-sized manufacturers and distributors. The acquisition expands SYSPRO’s capabilities in manufacturing operations and supports its strategy to deliver industry-specific ERP solutions. It also enhances the company’s ability to offer tools that improve operational efficiency and reduce implementation time for its global customer base.

With nearly 20 years of domain expertise and a global customer base, riteSOFT is known for riteSCAN, its warehouse management solution built for SYSPRO’s digital manufacturing suite. This integration builds on a partnership between the two companies and will streamline the customer experience by embedding riteSOFT’s automation tools within the SYSPRO ecosystem.

riteSOFT’s functionality will be available as an integrated module within the SYSPRO platform, supporting deployment and simplified system architecture. The aligned product roadmap enables updates and operational consistency.

The acquisition expands SYSPRO’s product portfolio, enabling partners to offer additional services focused on warehouse and shop floor automation to meet specific customer requirements.

This follows SYSPRO’s acquisition of NexSys in 2024 and reflects its growth strategy under Advent’s ownership. The company continues to expand its capabilities in digital manufacturing and operational systems.

The riteSOFT team will join SYSPRO, bringing product knowledge and customer insight to help accelerate joint innovation and enhance customer success across global markets.

“This acquisition is about aligning our visions and delivering an enhanced, streamlined experience for our customers,” said Jaco Maritz, CEO of SYSPRO. “riteSOFT has been a trusted partner for many years, and bringing their team and technology fully into the SYSPRO family allows us to deliver a unified, end-to-end digital manufacturing suite that scales with our customers’ ambitions.”

“Joining SYSPRO is a natural next step for riteSOFT,” said Bruce Hagberg, founder and CEO of riteSOFT. “We share a commitment to helping manufacturers operate more efficiently and competitively. As part of SYSPRO, we can expand our reach, accelerate innovation, and better support our customers around the world.”
