IRVINE, CA, Jan 30, 2026 – Telit Cinterion will present its latest connectivity and edge intelligence technologies at DTECH 2026, held Feb. 3–5 in San Diego, CA. Telit Cinterion (#1944) will show IoT solutions designed to support smart grid operations and distributed energy resource (DER) integration for utilities and energy providers.
Featured highlights at DTECH2026:
- Smart Module Cluster – The platform supports advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), telematics, and multimedia applications. It is built on the SE250B4 smart module and provides LTE Cat 4, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity. The cluster supports Android and Linux to enable flexible software development. It includes a 7-inch automotive-grade touch display and carries an IP66 waterproof rating.
- NeXT eSIM Flex – The solution supports SGP.22/32 SIM cards, paired with LE910Q1-based embedded module to provide secure IoT connectivity for critical applications.
- ATD551/Tracking for Less (TFL) – The solution provides advanced telemetry and field-level connectivity for utility asset monitoring. It supports functions such as angle and slack detection, predictive maintenance, and remote tamper alerts. These features help utilities spot issues and reduce outages, asset losses, and service truck dispatches. The system is built to operate in harsh environments.
- Telit Cinterion Featured in Anterix Active Ecosystem Digital Catalog – Visit Anterix (#1028) to see Telit Cinterion modules used for secure, long-range private LTE connectivity. The systems support utility grids and critical infrastructure using the 900 MHz spectrum for IoT operations.

“Utilities are under pressure to modernize their infrastructure while ensuring security and resilience,” said Martin Krona, president services and solutions at Telit Cinterion. “Our solutions at DTECH demonstrate how we help customers achieve these goals with reliable connectivity and intelligent edge capabilities that deliver measurable results.”
