Titomic Appoints Andy Haeuptle to U.S. Strategic Advisory Group

HUNTSVILLE, AL, Sep 15, 2025 – Titomic has appointed Andy Haeuptle to its U.S. Strategic Advisory Group (SAG), bringing more than 44 years of experience from the U.S. Department of Defense. Based in the United States, Haeuptle most recently served as director of the navy staff, where he advised the chief of naval operations (CNO) on Title 10 authorities. In that role, he helped oversee 650,000 global workforce and a $245 billion budget, while coordinating the work of over 500 flag officers and senior executives.

Andy served as special assistant to the President and senior director of the White House Situation Room, where he oversaw 24/7 global situational awareness and secure communications for the President, Vice President, and senior staff. He also served as chief of staff to the undersecretary of the Navy and as a senior director in the office of the chief management officer (CMO). He led reforms aimed at $46 billion in savings and supported the Department of Defense during audits. A retired Marine Corps colonel and logistician, Andy held operational and leadership roles, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.

His contributions have been recognized with honors, including the Senior Executive Service Presidential Rank Award and the Department of the Navy Distinguished Civilian Award. He holds degrees from The Ohio State University, Georgetown University, and the National Defense University.
