HUNTSVILLE, AL, Aug 13, 2026 – Titomic said Titomic USA supported EOS Defense Systems USA by providing rapid manufacturing modifications for a critical component used in a U.S. government defense production program. Titomic USA completed the modifications within a week using its manufacturing capabilities, which allowed EOS to deliver the component to the government customer in a reduced timeframe.

The work covers rapid manufacturing, production surge capability, repair, and sustainment, and reflects Titomic’s role in the U.S. Defense Industrial Base. As defense production requirements increase, Titomic’s manufacturing platform lets the company respond to customer schedules while reducing schedule risk.

“Supporting our defense customers when schedule, quality, and mission readiness matter most is exactly what Titomic was built to do”, said Dr. Patti Dare, president of Titomic USA. Titomic’s ability to provide integrated manufacturing solutions that help keep vital defense production programs moving gives customers added options to meet high demand schedules with superior quality results.

Titomic provides vertically integrated manufacturing services including precision machining, grit blasting, thermal testing and stress relieving, material characterization, mechanical testing, inspection and quality assurance, production support, and repair and sustainment services.
