HUNTSVILLE, AL, Jan 13, 2026 – Titomic has made leadership changes in its European division to improve operations, support manufacturing execution, and advance its global expansion strategy across regional markets.

Based in Heerenveen, the European division formed under Klaas Rozema will continue scaling operations across aerospace, defense, energy, and industrial sectors. Following the 2021 Dycomet acquisition, Rozema led technology integration, supported new facilities, expanded regional operations, and advanced Cold Spray adoption globally.

“Klaas has played an essential role in building what Titomic Europe is today,” said Jim Simpson, CEO and managing director of Titomic Ltd. “His dedication to the team, our customers, and the future of Cold Spray has been remarkable. We thank him wholeheartedly for his leadership, and we are grateful he will continue supporting us in an advisory capacity during this next phase.”

Chris Myers has been named president of Titomic Europe. He succeeds Klaas Rozema, who will serve as senior executive advisor before a sabbatical commencing in March 2026. Myers has been in Titomic’s senior advisory group since Jan’25 and has experience across advanced manufacturing and aerospace and defense programs. Since Oct’25, he has prepared for the role through a knowledge-transfer and customer engagement program. He will take full executive responsibility on Feb. 1, 2026.

“Klaas, leaving the role of President, has positioned the European division strongly for what’s next,” said Mr. Simpson. “Chris’s background aligns perfectly with our growth strategy, and he is the right leader to expand our customer base, accelerate revenue generation, and build on the momentum across Europe.”

Ferdy Touwen has been promoted to deputy president and head of European operations as part of the transition. He will manage operations, including production, quality, logistics, and human resources. Ferdy will also serve as the operational lead reporting to Chris Myers.

Titomic’s leadership changes follow facility expansions in the United States and Europe. The company opened a 59,000-sq. ft. global headquarters in Huntsville, AL, and expanded its Heerenveen site by 25,000 sq. ft. in Sep’25. Together with its APAC operations in Australia, these sites form a tri-continental operating model supporting aerospace, defense, national security, energy, and industrial programs.
