
LIVERMORE, CA, Feb 17, 2026 – Topcon Positioning Systems has signed a commercial agreement with Xona for early access to Pulsar, Xona’s low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite navigation constellation. The agreement makes Topcon one of Xona’s first commercial customers. Topcon plans to integrate Pulsar into future positioning systems, reflecting increased use of LEO-based navigation.
