WESTMINSTER, CO, Aug 12, 2026 – Trimble has released Trimble Arc Agent, an AI agent that automates office work for transportation and logistics companies. The SaaS subscription connects to transportation management systems (TMS) and to third-party applications such as Gmail and Outlook.
Trimble Arc Agent extracts and validates data from unstructured channels, including emails, PDFs, and spreadsheets, and writes it into systems of record.
Trimble Arc Agent addresses a pain point documented in a survey conducted by Trimble and FreightWaves: 70% of transportation and logistics organizations cited manual, repetitive tasks as their main problem.

Trimble Arc Agent include enterprise-grade AI guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls to ensure AI-driven decisions are explainable and auditable, and to reduce the risk of AI hallucinations. Trimble Arc Agent runs across Trimble transportation and logistics network, which spans more than one million trucks and over 1,500 shippers and retailers.
Skills Catalog
Trimble Arc Agent is built around a catalog of ready-to-use skills. Users can adapt existing skills or build new ones through a conversational interface, with no support required. Skills that launched with the product include:
- Data Entry (Order Entry & Contract Intake): Extracts field data and inputs it into systems of record, replacing manual order entry and contract intake. (Available in North America)
- Market Insights: Delivers full truckload (FTL) rate intelligence and market benchmarks ahead of negotiations. (Available in Europe)
- Customer Support: Provides in-product troubleshooting using product documentation and support knowledge, and can create a support ticket in systems such as Jira/Salesforce when human help is needed.
- Personal Assistant: Consolidates data from emails, calendars, messages, and project management tools into one overview from one prompt.
Availability
Trimble Arc Agent is available to Trimble customers worldwide on a single-tier subscription with no seat limits or feature gates. The plan includes 10 hours of agent working time (with overage hours available), plus automatic access to new skills and features as they launch.
