First Quarter Financial Highlights
- ARR: $2.43 billion, up 12% year over year and 12% organically
- GAAP operating income: $144.0 million, or 15.3% of revenue
- GAAP EPS: $0.42
- Adjusted EBITDA: $257.7 million, or 27.4% of revenue
- Shares repurchase: $316.9 million in Q1, covering about 4.7 million shares
- Operating cash flow: $274.7 million, up from $155.6 million in Q1 2025
- Tekla 2026: Trimble introduced AI-enabled Tekla software for BIM, structural engineering and steel fabrication in Mar’2026
