
WESTMINSTER, CO, Aug 13, 2026 – Trimble has announced its Q2 FY26 results, reporting $972M in revenue – a 3.4% increase from $940M in Q1 FY26 – with a loss of $472M.
Second Quarter Financial Highlights
- ARR: $2.51B, up 14% year over year and 12% organically.
- GAAP operating income: $132M, or 13.6% of revenue.
- GAAP EPS: -$2.02.
- Adjusted EBITDA: $278M, or 28.6% of revenue.
- Trimble recorded a $471.7M net loss, mainly due to a $562M goodwill impairment related to its Transportation and Logistics segment.
- Completed the $250M purchase of Document Crunch, adding construction-focused AI document analysis and risk-management software to the AECO segment.
- Introduced Trimble TMS for Shippers, a cloud-native system for North American shippers and logistics providers covering transport planning, freight procurement, shipment visibility, dock and yard management, freight auditing, mapping and routing.
