Umovity Names CEOs to Lead Software and Mobility Divisions

Expands executive leadership to lead software and intelligent transportation divisions and strengthen focus on mobility technology development

KARLSRUHE, Germany and ANAHEIM, CA, Nov 11, 2025 – Umovity has strengthened its leadership team with two appointments to drive growth across its software and intelligent transportation businesses. Umovity Group CEO Andy Myers named Nick Ghia as CEO of Umovity Software by PTV Group, and Spiro Gjorgjievski as CEO of Umovity ITS by Econolite.

Experienced Leaders to Drive Growth and Innovation

Nick Ghia has led global teams and managed operations across multiple markets. His career includes commercial and P&L leadership roles at C.H. Robinson and Transporeon (now part of Trimble), where he recently served as chief revenue officer.

His background spans global P&L management, M&A execution, and operational transformation. Before joining Umovity, Gjorgjievski held senior positions at a Fortune 500 industrial technology company and served as president of Ecolane. He has led efforts to modernize product portfolios, strengthen customer partnerships, and apply AI-driven technologies..
