
JAKARTA, Indonesia, July 24, 2025 – VinFast has introduced the VF 7, a C-segment, all-electric SUV with right-hand drive, to the Indonesian market. The VF 7 is the company’s fifth electric vehicle (EV) available in Indonesia, expanding VinFast‘s product range for local consumers. The company begins sales with two versions: the VF 7 Eco and the VF 7 Plus.
Key Features of the VinFast VF 7:
- Design: “Asymmetric Aerospace” design language by Torino Design.
- Exterior: Signature VinFast “V” LED light strips front and rear; coupe-style roof; alloy wheels up to 19 inches; large wheel arches.
- Dimensions: Length 4,545 mm; wheelbase 2,840 mm; width 1,890 mm; height 1,635.75 mm; ground clearance 190 mm.
- Interior: Spacious cabin with leather seats, two-tone D-cut steering wheel, 12.9-inch touchscreen, heads-up display (HUD), gear selector buttons designed like piano keys.
- Color Options: Five exterior colors; two interior colors. The Plus version has a two-tone interior palette.
- VF 7 Plus Performance: Dual electric motors, all-wheel drive, maximum output of 260 kW (349 horsepower), 500 Nm torque, 70.8 kWh battery, up to 471 km range (NEDC).
- VF 7 Eco Performance: Single electric motor, front-wheel drive, 130 kW (174 horsepower), 250 Nm torque, 59.6 kWh battery, up to 430 km range (NEDC).
- Safety: Seven airbags, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), Brake Assist (BA), Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Traction Control System (TCS), Hill Start Assist (HSA) and Roll Over Mitigation (ROM). Plus version includes ADAS with 17 features such as Highway Assist, Traffic Jam Assist, Auto Lane Changing Assist, Emergency Braking and 360 Surround View Monitoring.
- Technology: Over-the-air (OTA) updates.
- Warranty: 10 years or 200,000 km (whichever comes first).
- Charging: Free charging at VinFast’s V-GREEN stations until March 1, 2028.
- Pricing: VF 7 Eco from IDR 499,000,000 and VF 7 Plus from IDR 599,000,000 (both on-the-road, battery included). Early bird pricing applies for the first 200 customers or until September 1, 2025.

Order and Promotion Details:
- Orders can be placed at VinFast dealerships or at the VinFast booth during GIIAS 2025, July 24–August 3, 2025.
- The first 125 customers who place an order at GIIAS 2025 will receive an IDR 7,000,000 voucher for flight tickets at Ticket.com. The voucher is provided at vehicle delivery.
- VF 3 buyers get accessory upgrade vouchers valued up to IDR 5,000,000.
- VF 5 buyers get an upgrade to light alloy wheels.
- VF e34 or VF 6 buyers receive travel vouchers up to IDR 6,000,000.
- The first customer deliveries are expected this year.
- Financing at 0% interest is available.
VinFast is expanding its EV offering in Indonesia, now including the VF 3, VF 5, VF 6, VF e34 and VF 7, with continued development of its dealer and service network in partnership with banks and service providers.
