WESTFORD, MA, July 9, 2026 – Zuken is bringing its IC packaging and PCB design tools into TSMC’s Open Innovation Platform (OIP) EDA Alliance to support multi-die and chiplet-based design workflows for AI, HPC and mobile applications.
The alliance brings electronic design automation (EDA) vendors into TSMC process and packaging technology workflows, including requirements tied to power, performance, area and time to market.
