ALLPLAN 2025: Student Design Competition for Future Architects & Engineers

MUNICH, Germany, Apr 16, 2025 – ALLPLAN invites students from around the world to participate in the ALLPLAN Student Contest 2025. This competition gives young talent an opportunity to show their skills and share new ideas for the built environment of the future.

“With the ALLPLAN Student Contest 2025, we are empowering the next generation of architects and engineers to shape the future of construction through digital innovation. This competition challenges students to push creative and technical boundaries while gaining hands-on experience with industry-leading BIM technology – preparing them for a digital-first future,” says Karin Schmidt, global head of ALLPLAN campus.

Competition details

The ALLPLAN student contest challenges students to develop a visionary architectural or engineering project using ALLPLAN, SCIA, FRILO or SDS2 between 15 April and 15 September 2025. The focus is on innovative concepts, sustainable solutions, and compelling visual presentations. Participation is open to students from a wide range of disciplines, including architecture, engineering, urban planning, and infrastructure.

How to participate

Students can register individually or in teams and submit their projects in one of the competition’s categories. A jury of industry experts will evaluate the entries based on creativity, technical execution, and real-world applicability.

Prizes and recognition

Winners will receive exciting prizes:
1st place: €1,000
2nd place: €750
3rd to 5th place: €500 each
