Digital precision for informed design and construction.

DALLAS, TX, Apr 18, 2025 – Rogers-O’Brien Construction (RO) has announced the launch of MirrorScape, a reality capture service designed to transform how project teams plan, design, and build. MirrorScape provides accurate digital models of real-world environments to support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

From 3D laser scanning to scan-to-BIM modeling and drone-based mapping, MirrorScape helps architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) professionals gain detailed insights into site conditions before construction even begins.

“Our clients don’t want more data,” said Trevor Owen, leading MirrorScape. “They want better answers. That’s what we deliver.”

MirrorScape’s digital construction solutions include:

  • ClearScan – High-fidelity 3D laser scanning and point cloud capture
  • Scan2BIM – Intelligent modeling of existing conditions for design and coordination
  • TopoMap – Drone photogrammetry and aerial site mapping
  • Virtual Walkthroughs – Immersive 360-degree tours for remote stakeholder engagement

MirrorScape integrates with construction workflows to deliver reality capture outputs that meet the needs of field teams, design teams, and owners on time.

“Anyone can scan a space,” said Chris Patton, director of virtual design and construction at RO. “We know what needs to happen after the scan.”

Following a soft launch, MirrorScape has conducted over 30 site visits and signed multiple contracts across TX. The service is gaining traction among developers, architects, and contractors in cities including Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio.
