Sijil Augustine Kandathil

Sijil Augustine Kandathil received the Master’s degree in Computer Applications in 2007. He is a Senior Member of IEEE with over 19 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), having begun his career with MatrixOne in 2007. He has worked across the automotive, medical device, and oil and gas industries. He previously served as a Senior Manager at Lucid Motors, California, where he led product lifecycle management (PLM) initiatives, including 3DEXPERIENCE implementation, customization, enterprise integration, and infrastructure scalability. His areas of expertise include digital transformation, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), enterprise PLM, and AI-driven engineering solutions. More recently, he has focused on applying Large Language Models (LLMs) and artificial intelligence to automate engineering change management and enhance engineering productivity. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large-scale PLM implementations, system upgrades, enterprise integrations, and data migration programs, enabling organizations to accelerate innovation and improve operational efficiency.
