CoolIT Liquid Cooling Loop for AI Servers

CALGARY, Canada, Mar 17, 2025 – CoolIT Systems will showcase its latest liquid cooling technologies at NVIDIA GTC 2025. In addition to displaying CoolIT‘s highest-density coolant distribution units (CDUs), CoolIT’s booth will feature its innovative cold plate cooling systems for next-gen AI systems.

“At GTC we are excited to reveal our next-generation AI coldplate systems that NVIDIA’s server manufacturing partners can leverage to fast-track the development of their direct liquid-cooled servers,” said Brandon Peterson, SVP of business development.

CoolIT’s OMNI coldplates with Split-Flow technology deliver up to a 30% performance boost compared to standard coldplates. CoolIT coldplate cooling systems can be designed to capture 100% of a server’s heat from CPUs, GPUs, memory, I/O, power supplies and other components and are used in many supercomputers.

“We are thrilled with our continued collaboration with NVIDIA and its other partners in advancing AI and accelerated computing, and in enabling next-generation AI platforms such as the NVIDIA Blackwell Architecture with our industry-leading liquid cooling technology,” added Brandon Peterson.

CoolIT’s AI-ready chip-to-CDU products – including coldplates, liquid rack manifolds and CDUs – are available to NVIDIA’s server manufacturing partners through the NVIDIA Recommended Vendor List (RVL).

CoolIT streamlines server manufacturers’ cooling loop development by offering complete in-house design, prototyping, validation testing, and UL certification through its Liquid Lab Innovation Centers in Taiwan and Canada.

CoolIT operates multiple large-scale manufacturing facilities in North America and Asia, producing liquid cooling solutions in high volumes.
