SHENZHEN, China, June 3, 2025 – Elegoo has introduced a corporate social responsibility initiative called “ELEGOO Empowers”, aimed at supporting social inclusion, STEM education, and equal access to technology through the use of 3D printing technology. Launched in connection with the company’s 10th anniversary, the program consolidates Elegoo’s existing CSR activities into a structured framework.
ELEGOO Empowers is organized around three main programs that provide direction and focus for its outreach and educational efforts. The initiative aims to apply the company’s technology in education and community programs effectively.
ELEGOO Gives A Hand: Elegoo uses 3D printing to support functional projects that assist both people and animals, including prosthetics, harnesses, and other practical devices. These are developed in collaboration with partners such as 3D Pets. Additional projects are in progress.
ELEGOO With Her: Elegoo runs workshops and community programs to support women in developing 3D printing skills. The initiative focuses on hands-on learning and collaborative projects with practical applications. Participant projects are scheduled for presentation in June.
ELEGOO In Action: Elegoo supports STEM education by providing 3D printers and instructional resources to schools, libraries, and student clubs. The program enables students to engage with applications such as robotics and model prototyping. Since last year, Elegoo has collaborated with over 120 schools and student teams worldwide.
“With ELEGOO Empowers, we’re taking that spirit beyond the desktop to help build a more inclusive and connected world,” said Chris Hong, Founder and CEO of Elegoo. “Inspired by the voices of our users, we will continue on this path and warmly invite more partners to join us in making this technology more meaningful and accessible.”
As 3D printing continues to evolve, Elegoo has spent the past 10 years leveraging the technology to empower users around the world. Many have shared their “ELEGOO moments” of giving back and helping others. Elegoo aims to expand 3D printing access while advancing ESG goals for a sustainable and inclusive future.
