
AVON, IN, Apr 8, 2025 – Mears Machine Corp. has announced key additions within the organization.
- Roger Mears is becoming executive chairman
- James Lloyd is appointed as CEO
The appointment of James Lloyd strengthens the leadership team, bringing almost 25 years of experience in the design, manufacturing, product introduction, supply chain, and technology introduction in the aerospace, defence, and energy sectors. Prior to this appointment, James worked for Rolls-Royce and has lived and worked in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Asia-Pacific. He has a Masters in Aeronautical Engineering from Loughborough University (UK) and has won multiple international Engineering awards.

James will take up this position in May, 2025 and will have an ownership stake in the business.
