PITTSBURGH, PA, June 13, 2025 – Michael Baker International has announced that the firm’s portfolio company, Infinity MEP+ Consultants, a mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) and structural engineering firm based in Houston, TX, will be known as Infinity, a Michael Baker Company, effective June 9, 2025.
In May 2024, Michael Baker acquired Infinity to expand technical capabilities. Since then, the companies have worked to coordinate operations and strategy for a combined service offering. Infinity, as part of Michael Baker, operates within the Integrated Design and Advisory (IDA) division, which includes MEP, structural engineering, fire protection engineering, telecommunications, cybersecurity, commissioning, cost management, architecture, and planning services.
