MUNICH, Germany, July 3, 2025 – The Nemetschek Group has announced that it has been recognized as a Leader in the 2025 Verdantix Green Quadrant: Construction Management Software report.
The Green Quadrant report, published by Verdantix, is the result of an evaluation including a questionnaire and a live demonstration. The assessment highlights the strengths of Nemetschek brands, including GoCanvas, Bluebeam, Nevaris, and dTwin.
“We are very excited that Nemetschek has been named a Leader in the 2025 Verdantix Construction Management Green Quadrant,” said Usman Shuja, member of the executive board, chief division officer build & construct and CEO of Bluebeam. “This recognition underscores the value of our open, integrated software solutions and the continued innovation driven by our world-class brands. We’re proud to support the construction industry with technologies that enable efficiency, transparency, and sustainable outcomes.”
According to the report, Nemetschek offers integration capabilities, earning high scores in data integration (2.1 out of 3.0) compared to the category average of 1.5. Nemetschek delivers a robust portfolio through its Build & Construct division, which includes Bluebeam for document mark-up and collaboration, GoCanvas for field operations and compliance, Nevaris for ERP and project estimation, and dTwin for digital twin-based lifecycle insights.
The report notes that the company’s solutions support construction projects of different sizes, offering scalable tools for firms new to construction management software. Future plans include adding AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and sustainability features like low-carbon material selection. These additions aim to help construction teams automate routine tasks, anticipate project risks, and align with sustainability targets.
“Adoption of construction management software has increased dramatically as the construction industry faces labour challenges, squeezed profit margins and tariff hikes. This momentum is driving innovation in platforms to meet the industry’s growing demands for productivity, regulatory compliance and seamless data continuity,” said Sophie Planken-Bichler, analyst at Verdantix. “Innovative companies, like Nemetschek, are transforming construction management by providing digital tools that simplify even the most complex projects, enabling construction teams to work smarter together and deliver results faster.”
The Nemetschek Group reflects its approach to digital construction management and its commitment to open standards and interoperability. Highlighted in the evaluation were:
