
RIYADH, Saudi Arabia and MUNICH, Germany, June 16, 2025 – The Nemetschek Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nesma Infrastructure & Technology (NIT), a Saudi Arabian infrastructure and technology firm. The partnership aims to accelerate the digital transformation of Saudi Arabia’s construction and infrastructure sectors, aligning with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 objectives.
The MoU sets the foundation for collaboration between Nemetschek and NIT to apply digital tools – like BIM, digital twins, and open standards – across infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The aim is to improve efficiency, support sustainability goals, and introduce digital practices within the AEC/O industry.
