Planon Appoints GM to Lead North America Growth

With decades of experience in real estate, the new leader is stepping in to fine-tune strategy and lead growth in a shifting market. The goal is to stay agile and aligned with what clients really need.

BOSTON, MA, May 9, 2025 – Planon has announced the appointment of Kimberly Castle as the new general manager for its North American business. Kimberly will lead Planon’s regional strategy and operations, with a focus on accelerating growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across North America.

Kimberly brings over 30 years of experience in corporate real estate, with expertise in optimizing real estate and asset management performance. Prior to joining Planon, she served as head of workplace/portfolio technology & advisory services at CBRE, and has held senior leadership roles at Buildingi, MetLife, JLL, and Suncor. Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in aligning process improvement with business strategy, with a focus on cost optimization and performance enhancement.
