Procore Announces CEO Succession Plan

CARPINTERIA, CA, Mar 11, 2025 – Procore Technologies, Inc. has announced that its founder, president, and CEO, Tooey Courtemanche, will transition to the role of executive chairman after a successor is appointed. In this new position, he will continue to lead the Board. Until a successor is named, Courtemanche will retain his current responsibilities as CEO.

The Board of Directors will initiate a search process to find Courtemanche’s successor.
