BOSTON, MA, Mar 17, 2025 – PTC has announced the appointment of Trac Pham to its Board of Directors, effective March 17, 2025. Pham is currently on the board of directors of UKG and SiFive, chairing the audit committee for both boards. He will serve on the PTC board’s audit committee as well.

Pham previously served as the CFO at Synopsys. He oversaw corporate finance, financial planning, and strategy at Synopsys. Before joining Synopsys, he held leadership positions in corporate planning, strategy, and business development at Juniper Networks.
