MOORPARK, CA, June 9, 2025 – Quantum Systems has opened a 135,000-square-foot production and integration facility in Moorpark, California. The new site expands the company’s U.S. operations and is intended to meet growing demand for its uncrewed aerial systems (UAS). The new facility is planned to handle both production and system integration, with the aim of reducing lead times and improving process efficiency.
Located in Southern California, the new site will support defense and security partners across North America and Latin America. Quantum Systems plans to employ over 100 professionals in Moorpark and the greater Ventura County area by the end of 2025. The hiring aligns with regional growth in aerospace and defense-related manufacturing and engineering.

Renovated to support the full development lifecycle, the facility houses manufacturing lines, engineering labs, in-house flight operations, R&D areas, and administrative and leadership offices. This integrated environment enables end-to-end production, coordination, and refinement of Quantum Systems’ Family of Systems – including Vector AI, Twister, and Reliant – while reducing lead times and increasing responsiveness to mission requirements.
