Roland DGA to Showcase Digital Imaging Tech at ISA Sign Expo 2025

by | Apr 16, 2025

IRVINE, CA, Apr 16, 2025 – Roland DGA will be showcasing its latest technologies for creating signs and graphics, customized products, decorated apparel, and exclusively textured interior design elements at the 2025 ISA International Sign Expo, between April 23-25 in Las Vegas.

Attendees will have the opportunity to explore the new TrueVIS XP-640 eco-solvent printer, introduced as part of Roland DG’s latest large-format inkjet lineup. It features staggered printheads and updated data control for higher-speed printing. The XP-640 is designed to improve printing efficiency while maintaining the image quality and color output associated with the TrueVIS series.

Print professionals looking to expand their product offerings will want to see the new Roland DG TY-300 direct-to-film printer for apparel and textile decoration. This DTF printer sets a new standard for economical production and consistent output. It produces sharp graphics and bold prints for heat transfers on various fabrics. The TY-300 can be paired with the Roland DG-tested and approved RDTSF800 shaker oven (available at a special bundle price) for an automated DTF system that puts on-demand customization at the user’s fingertips.

Show-goers can also check out the Roland DG UV flatbed printers, including benchtop models from the VersaOBJECT MO Series. The MO-240 model will be on display, featuring an 8-inch carriage clearance that supports product customization. Also available will be the MO-180 benchtop flatbed, which offers the same features and functions as the MO-240 but in a compact design. Roland DG’s large-format UV flatbeds will also be showcased, including the VersaOBJECT CO-300i-F2, which can print on objects up to 9.5 inches thick, and the EU-1000MF – a high-volume flatbed that prints on various substrates and 3D objects, including media up to 96” x 48” and 3.74 inches high.

Roland DGA will demonstrate the capabilities of the DG DIMENSE Dimensor S texture printer. Combined with eco-friendly DIMENSE water-based inks and proprietary PVC-free DIMENSE media, it enables users to create dimensional wallcoverings and wall art in a streamlined process. Roland DGA will also host live, in-booth DIMENSE “paintable media” demonstrations throughout the show.

Roland DG’s popular products will also be on display, including VG3 Series and LG Series printer/cutters from the TrueVIS family and compact VersaSTUDIO desktop eco-solvent, UV, and direct-to-film devices.

Those who visit Roland DGA’s booth can also pick up vehicle graphics tips. This year, the experts from Digital EFX Wraps will be working their magic on Volkswagen ID Buzz minivan using stunning graphics produced on a TrueVIS printer/cutter.

“ISA is a great opportunity for Roland DGA to show how our technology can make it easier, faster, and more cost effective to produce everything from eye-catching signage and displays to vibrant customized products and apparel,” said Roland DGA’s president, Dan Burmeister. “We will show how Roland DG users can increase their customer reach and their own profitability.”
